Splinter Arts strength is the combination of story and visualization. We always try to accomplish the best in each and through development in both graphics and storytelling, we feel that we today - are not limited by either.
We have been praised as talents for a long time, and with an ice-breaking TV-series we climb new heights. We always search for new challenges and if we would describe ourselves with only three words it would definitely be Curious, Creative and Effective. But of course all that is a cliché and all we can ever say is just, look at site and you’ll decide.
Splinter Arts first started in a small town a February day in 2002, when three friends made their first serious short film, One Pound of Sand. Andreas and Oskar met during High School in 2003 and started off making low-budget films using different techniques and programs. For every new film they experimented with a new genre. Together they improved and formed a common style, using the digital technology to it’s best. In 2004, Splinter Arts started receiving a lot of recognition and awards in with film Positive about Negatives, something that made the two realize the future they had ahead.
